Returns Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON OPENED DECKS.

All Subtle Ground card decks are printed, hand-assembled, sealed, and shipped from Winnipeg. Once both seals are opened, the product is no longer eligible for refund. Should you find any damages upon receipt of the shipment while sealed, we will happily offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused or unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@subtleground.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Shipping Policy

    • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

    • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    • All pre-orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after arrival in stock.

    • When product is in stock, orders are shipped out weekly on Thursdays.

    • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@subtleground.com. We will not be able to make changes once the order has shipped.
      • Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the purchase (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

     

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders of two or more items. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

     

    IN-STORE PICKUP

    In-store pick up is not offered. For large orders of 10 more, please contact us at info@subtleground.com to arrange special delivery instructions.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We offer international shipping. Depending on the destination, delivery times vary between 8-20 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

     

    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
